Mixed Porridge with Lemon Juice
Ingredients
  1. Flour –22 table spoons porridge
  2. Water – 6 pints or 21 tea cups
  3. Eggs or milk – 2 eggs or 2 cups of milk
  4. Lemon Juice – 2 lemons
  5. Sugar – 1 and half cup (optional)
  6. Margarine -1 tablespoon (optional)
Method

-    Place the water on fire and let it boil

-    Using luke warm water, stir the flour to a thick consistency

-    Add the mixture to the boiling water

-    Stir until the mixture boils

-    Let it cook for 15-20 minutes

-    Add milk, eggs, margarine and sugar (optional)

When ready and not very hot add lemon juice to taste and serve warm

NB: This is a very nutritious diet for:

-    Weaning babies and sick people who are not able to eat

For every pint of water, add 3 table spoons of flour (If preparing for smaller number of people)
